Admission Process of TAPMI Exam 2024
Candidates must pass one of the qualifying entrance exams listed below in order to be considered for admission to the Institute:
For Indian domiciled and CIGW: CAT/ XAT/ GMAT
• For NRI candidates: CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT/ SNAP/ ATMA/ CMAT/ MAT
• GMAT (mandatory) and IELTS (optional) for PIO/foreign nationals (if required)

Qualified applicants are invited to participate in an English Proficiency Test (EPT), Moderated Group Discussion (MGD), and Personal Interview (PI) round as part of TAPMI’s admission procedure. Applicants are chosen based on their verbal ability, academic profile, work experience, and entrance exam, EPT, MGD, and PI scores. In addition, there is no Management Quota for TAPMI entry.

TAPMI uses Profile-based shortlisting for applicants with more than 20 months of work experience, with the following factors evaluated for shortlisting:
Scores on the CAT, XAT, and GMAT (whichever is higher)
Academic performance in general
Work experience, the type of company with which you’ve worked, and so on.
Extracurricular accomplishments (if any) at the state, national, or international level)
Applicants for more than one course and were shortlisted for one do not guarantee that they would be shortlisted for the other course.
The following are the assessment parameters for stage II:
English Proficiency Test (EPT): To test the applicant’s English proficiency in listening, writing, and reading.
• Moderated Group Discussions (MGD): To assess candidates’ capacity to interact with a group through a mass conversation and to assess problem-solving abilities, confidence, assertiveness, and communication, among other things. MGD topics can be based on current events or subjects debated in the last five years. During the upcoming procedure, the number of applicants per group will be limited to six, and a faculty panel will moderate the conversation.
• Personal Interview (PI): The panellist evaluates applicants’ attitudes toward management education during a PI round. They could be quizzed on self/social awareness, self-management, communication, leadership, and other topics.
Finally, the ultimate decision is made based on the overall percentile in entry tests, verbal ability percentile, academic profile, job experience, EPT, MGD, and PI scores.

Admission for TAPMI PGDM 2024
The T A Pai Management Institute provides a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme with a variety of specialisations. This course is offered in full-time format for a period of two years. Applicants who are currently in their last year of graduation and have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their graduation are eligible to apply to TAPMI courses.

Application Process of TAPMI Exam 2024
The TAPMI application procedure for 2024 will be handled entirely online, with the deadline for submission typically falling in December. The following application cost (which is non-refundable) is required of all applicants:
• Rs 2,100 plus 18% GST for one course
• Rs 2,500 plus 18% GST for two courses
• Rs 4,000 (plus 18%) GST for three courses
• Rs 6,000 (plus 18%) for four courses GST

Applicants who meet the eligibility requirements and complete the application form for TAPMI admission 2024 will be shortlisted for the second stage of the selection process. Applicants must meet the following cutoff criteria to be considered:

The Written Ability Test (WAT) will be the second step of TAPMI admissions in 2024, followed by Group Discussion (GD), Collaborative Problem-Solving Ability, and Personal Interview (PI).
Written Ability Test (WAT): This will assess the applicants’ writing abilities. Applicants will be judged on their ability to communicate and their technical skills.
1. Group Discussion (GD): This will evaluate the candidate’s ability to work in a group setting. The goal of GD is to assess a candidate’s leadership, communication, problem-solving, solution-oriented, and persuasion abilities.
2. Collaborative Problem-Solving Ability: Applicants will participate in a group exercise in which they will be given a circumstance or problem to solve together. Applicants will be judged on their ability to work in a team, take initiative, and provide a solution.
4. PI (Personal Interview): The goal of the personal interview is to learn more about the candidate’s perspective on management education. This will also assess the applicant’s self-awareness, self-management, leadership, and communication skills.
