Important Information
The Koneru Lakshmaiah University has announced the results for Phase 3 of the KLUEEE 2025. Phase 3 of KLUEEE 2025, which took place on 25 and 27 June 2025, was successful. In the KLUEEE 2025 counselling process, which begins July 19, candidates who meet the KLUEEE eligibility requirements will participate. This was a proctored exam that was conducted online. KLUEEE Admit Cards served as proof of identity for candidates who sat for the exam with a laptop/desktop having a good internet connection. The second phase of KLUEEE 2025 has been conducted on May 14, 15, and 16. Phase 1 of the campaign was held on March 14 – 16, 2025. The KLUEEE 2025 exam consists of 160 questions of objective type worth a mark each.
Eligibility Criteria
Aspiring candidates must fulfil the following eligibility requirements to take the KLUEEE:
- There is a 17-year-old minimum age requirement and a 21-year-old maximum.
- Criteria for citizenship/residence: All candidates of Indian heritage are eligible to take the entrance exam.
- As long as the candidate is under 21, he can attempt as many times as he likes.
- Qualifications: The candidate should have passed Class 12 (with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for all B. Tech programs, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for Biotechnology B. Tech programs) from a recognized state board with 60% and above on the final exam.
- Admission: Students qualified in JEE Mains, JEE Advanced, or State level engineering entrance exams are also eligible for admission to KL University.

On January 21, 2025, KLUEEE Application Forms were made available. Both online and offline versions are available.
Online application
The official website of KL University, www.university.in, provided a place for interested candidates to fill out and submit the application.

- You can fill out the application online by clicking “Here”.
- Payment of application fee should be made online by filling out all details
- Digital passport photos should be uploaded
- Applicants will be assigned an application number
- The application form must be signed
- On the day of the examination and counselling, the application form must be carried.
Apply Offline
Application forms can be obtained and submitted in person at the university campus and from other centres as indicated on the website. In case of post-application, submit the application form together with a self-addressed envelope cover and remit the application fee either in cash or by demand draft (payable at Vijayawada from any scheduled bank) along with the application.
Application Fees
It costs INR 1000 to apply for KLUEEE 2024. In all categories, the fee amount is the same. Online and offline payment methods are available for applicants. The payment for online purchases can be made with a credit card or debit card.
The fee for offline application must be paid along with the application form either in cash or by a demand draft (drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of KL University payable at Vijayawada) at the address of KL University as specified above.
Admit Card
On the official website of KL University, the KLUEEE Admit Card 2025 will be available. The admit card includes information such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam date, time, and exam centre, along with important instructions.
Each candidate must carry a printout of the KLUEEE Admit Card 2025 to their allocated test centres as identification. Additionally, the Admit Card must be kept until the KLUEEE 2025 admissions process is completed.
Result
The KLUEEE Phase 3 results were announced on July 14, 2025, following which the selected candidates will be able to attend counselling. In April 2025 (Phase – I), the KLUEEE 2025 Result will be announced.

Cut-off
The KLUEEE Cut-off 2025 will be determined by KL University based on the average performance of candidates in the entrance exam. An admission cut off is the score a student must obtain to get into the program. For different engineering disciplines, KL University has determined and announced different cut-off points. Candidates were able to choose their engineering branch based on the cut off marks for KLUEEE 2025. Usually, it is announced after the results are declared on the website.
The Rank List will also be released on the KL University website along with the cut-off points. Candidates shortlisted for attending the KLUEEE 2025 counselling and taking admission will be listed on the Rank List. Rankings are created using the results and cut-off number of the KLUEEE 2025.
Counselling
KLU has also announced the names of candidates who are shortlisted for admission after the results are announced. Successful applicants are required to attend a counselling session before admission. All shortlisted candidates will receive a letter inviting them to a counselling session.
Admission boards require candidates to present their admit cards, call letters, and other original and photocopies of relevant certificates on the day of counselling. The admission process begins after candidates have gone through counselling. The verification of documents and the allocation of seats according to capacity are both carried out during counselling. From May 2025, KLU Engineering students will have access to counselling services.
