JEE Main 2024 is a national-level entrance exam for admission to BE, B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Plan programs. Many prestigious institutions in India, such as NITs, IITs, CFITs, and a number of universities both central and state-level, use the JEE main scores to provide admissions to the candidates. Admission to IITs, on the other hand, is granted only after passing the JEE Advanced 2024 exam. Applicants who pass the JEE Main exam will be eligible to take the JEE Advanced exam. IIT Main 2024 is open to Indian nationals, OCI/PIOs, and foreign nationals.

There is no minimum age requirement for taking JEE Main.
Academic Requirements
In 2020 or 2021, the applicant must have completed a 10+2 or comparable qualifying exam. Those who will take the exam in 2024 are also eligible.

The applicants must have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum of 5 subjects: Language, Physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, and technical vocational subjects, as well as any other subject.
• Of the six subjects taken by the candidate, the subject (fifth/sixth) with the highest grade will be considered.

JEE Main 2024 Application Form
The application form for JEE Main 2024 can only be filled out and submitted online. To apply for the JEE Main 2024 test, you must have an Aadhaar card number. Applicants from the states of J&K, Assam, and Meghalaya who have passed or are sitting in the Class 12 examination can enter their passport number, ration card number, bank account number, or any other valid government identity number and select the city of examination from these states only. In the application form, applicants must provide personal information such as their name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, mailing address, and educational information such as qualifying exam name, board, marks, roll number, and so on.
Applicants should carefully fill out all fields since an improper or incomplete application will be rejected. Applicants must provide scanned copies of their recent passport-size photo, signature, as well as the following documents: Duly verified result awaiting attestation form, Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc.), and PwD certificate. Applicants who are visually impaired and have a 40% or greater disability can seek to ascribe from the center superintendent at least two days before the examination. Applicants will not be permitted to bring their own scribe to the interview.
JEE Main 2024 Application fee
SBI/Canara Bank/HDFC Bank/ICICI Bank/Paytm Payment Gateway Debit Card/Credit Card / Net Banking/UPI can be used to pay the application cost. Any Demand Draft, Money Order, or Initial Public Offering (IPO) will not be accepted as payment for the application cost. You must pay the application cost according to the following structure, depending on your category and whether you choose an exam center in India or outside the country:

Admission to Other Colleges and Universities
Other institutions participating through JoSAA/CSAB can follow the conditions indicated above. The state can create a rank list based on its own criteria to offer admission to colleges associated with state universities.
Note: The age limit and the number of attempts for admissions to institutes in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, and Odisha will be the same as in the past (when they conducted state-level exams). This does not apply to IITs, NITs, IIITs, and CFTIs.

JEE Main 2024 admit cards for phase 3 will be available at jeemain.nta.nic.in. National Testing Agency (NTA) will update the hall ticket/admit card link once the JEE Main 2024 test date 2024 is announced.
Applicants must provide their application number and date of birth in order to download the JEE Main 2024 admit card. The candidate’s information will be on the JEE Mains admit card. Exam date, time, and location. No applicant will be permitted into the exam hall without the JEE Main admit card 2024. The revised exam date for JEE Main will be revealed 15 days before the exam.

National Testing Agency will conduct four sessions in the February, March, April, and May sessions for the examination of JEE Mains 2024.
