INI CET is shortened for Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test. Eligibility Criteria
It is advised to check the eligibility criteria for appearing in INI CET Exam:
- Applicants must be possessed with the MBBS degree for MD/MS course from an institution recognized by National Medical Commission (NMC)
- Candidates must have completed one year rotatory internship and must be possessed with the completion certificate.
- Those who are from General/OBC/EWS category must have completed MBBS with 55% percentile, SC/ST category with 50% marks minimum percentage.
- Medicos must have attained a registration certificate issued by the NMC or the State Medical Council (SMC)
Eligibility Criteria for Indian Nationals Graduated Abroad:

Those who have completed finished their MBBS abroad, the marks attained in FMGE will be considered in lieu of aggregate marks. However, the MBBS cut off marks for eligibility will be same as mentioned above.
Eligibility for Foreign Nationals:
Foreign Nationals are required to acquire a certificate of grading system from the applicable university or institution to check the value of grading in the percentage. The marks will be calculated as per the marks attained during the INI CET final registration. And the cut off marks obtained in MBBS/BDS must be equal to 55% or equivalent.
Application Form
The application process starts with the registration. Applicants are required to submit their basic information to complete the registration procedure. Make sure to register through official website of AIIMS Delhi. Now, check the provisional status of registration set by AIIMS. AS soon as the registration gets over, fill the application form to apply for INI CET Exam.
IN the meantime, EUC or Examination Unique Code will be generated only for those applicants whose basic registration is accepted. This code is compulsory for final registration. After the code is generated, applicants will complete the final part of the application form and pay the application fee.

Admit Card
The admit card will be released from the official website of AIIMS. Download the admit card by entering the registration ID, EUC code, password and captcha code. After this, verify the admit card and carry to the examination centre for verification purpose. Make sure to carry a relevant ID proof, PwD certificate, and NMC/DCI registration certificate to the exam centre. Here are the steps to download the admit card:

- Now, click on the ‘Academic’ and choose INI-CET MD/MS/MDS/DM/MCh course
- Log in with the registration ID, EUC code, password and captcha code.
- You will find the INI CET admit card appear on the screen.
- Go through all the details mentioned in the admit card
- Download the admit card and take a few prints for further reference.
Exam Result
The final result of INI CET will release in the form of PDF. The result will be consisted of candidate’s roll number and category rank. Those who attain cut off percentage for each category will find their names in the result. Candidates will be called for counseling based on the result of INI CET. - Now, click on the ‘academic’ tab and choose INI-CET exam.
- In the next step, click ‘INI CET result 2024’ link
- Now, check the PDF of the result and save it for further reference.
Counselling
The counseling will be commenced in the online mode for admission to AIIMS. The exam conducting authority will conduct four rounds of counseling including the mop-up round. Candidates are required to register themselves using the personal details and other asked information.
Those who clear the INI CET exam will participate in the counseling process. During the counseling, applicants can choose the college/course of their preference in which they want to take admission. It is suggested to lock the choices and based on the choices filled, INI CET rank, seats, reservation criteria, and other factors for admission to the courses will be granted.
