Application Form:
The application form for CSIR HRDG NET/CSIR NET 2025 will be released in the online mode. The timings to apply is mentioned on the official website. Eligibility Criteria:
It is very important to go through the eligibility conditions before applying for CSIR HRDG NET/CSIR NET 2025.
- Applicant must be the citizen of India.
- The Upper Age Limit to apply is 28 years
- There is no age limit for Lectureship
Education Qualification:
- Applicant must be possessed with the Bachelor’s degrees in any streams amongst Science, Engineering, or any other discipline. Such candidates are eligible for the fellowship after getting enrolled for a PhD or Integrated PhD program for two years.
- Applicant must be enlisted for M.Sc. or have completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying exam may also apply under the category ‘Result Awaited (RA)
Exam Pattern:

- CSIR HRDG NET/CSIR NET exam will be commenced in the online mode
- Paper will be consisted of objective-type multiple-choice questions
- Candidate will get 3 hours to complete the paper
- Number of sections in each paper will be three.
- Total number of questions will be 610 and applicant needs to attend at least 310
- Amongst MCQs, candidate is required to choose any one option out of four.
- Each paper carries 200 marks
- There will be negative marking in the paper
- Candidate needs to answer in any of the languages from English/Hindi
- For each subject, the test will be consisted of three sections – Part A, Part B and Part C.
- However, the marking system may differ in each section.
Admit Card/Hall Ticket:
The admit card for CSIR HRDG NET/CSIR NET 2025 will release at least 15 days prior exam. Collect the admit card from the official website. Visit the website and download the admit card on the release date. Here are the steps to download the hall ticket:
- First, go to the official website of CSIR NET.
- After this, enter your credentials such as Application Number and Date of Birth/Password.
- Now, click the submit button
- You will find the admit card on the screen.
- Soon after this, download the admit card and take a few print outs for further reference.
Answer Key:
After the exams are over, the exam conducting authority will release the answer key on their official website. This is the best opportunity for candidates to check the answers they have written in the paper. If any candidate wants to challenge the answer then he/she has to pay Rs 1000/- After reviewing the challenges, NTA will release the answer key. However, you cannot challenge the final answer key in any manner.
Exam Result:
The fellowship will be given to candidates as per the merit list only. Those who obtain the cut off will be eligible for the merit list. There will be release of two merit lists on the website. Those who qualify the JRF merit list are eligible for the Lectureship/Assistant Professor fellowship.
