AJEE Entrance Test is an entrance test that offers candidates admission into undergraduate and post-graduate courses such as engineering, agriculture, management, law, etc. AJEE stands for AISECT Joint entrance exam. AJEE Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria for participating in AJEE entrance exam-
BE
- The candidate must have a successfully qualified class 12th from a recognized board with a minimum of 40% marks in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, maths (For SC/ST- 40% minimum marks)
Diploma in Engineering
- The candidate must have qualified class 10 from a recognized board with a minimum of 35% marks
LLB
- Candidate should have passed their class 12th exam with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates)
BA LLB
- Candidate should have passed their class 12th exam with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates)
B.Ed
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) is required
B.P.Ed
- Candidates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree scoring at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) are eligible.
B.Sc Agriculture
- The Candidate should have passed their class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Mathematics or Agricultural subject.
B.Sc Nursing & BPT
- The Candidate should have passed class 12th with Biology subjects and 45% marks in minimum.
LLM
- Candidate should hold an LLB degree with a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate.
M.Ed
- The candidates with B.Ed/B.Tech degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate or D.El.Ed with B.Sc 1st division can apply.
MBA
- Those with graduation in any stream with not less than 50% aggregate marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates) are eligible.
AJEE Entrance Exam Application Form date & form fill
To register for the AJEE Entrance application form, follow these steps-
- For participating in the AJEE Entrance exam, the candidate must register themselves online using the official AJEE’s website- https://www.aisect.org/
- After getting yourself registered, you have to fill your form with your contact details, academic, and other details asked.
- The candidate must scan the necessary documents and upload them. You can find the documents required for the entrance in the document required section.
- When the above steps are completed, you need to pay for the entrance test. The examination fee is different for different courses. You can find the AJEE Fee structure in the AJEE Entrance Fee section.
AJEE Entrance Test Document Required
- Latest Scanned photo passport size
- 10 and 12 certificates scanned
- Scanned signature of the candidate
- Aadhaar card number and a scanned copy
AJEE Fee Structure
AJEE application fee is Rs.500/- which can be paid online using UPI, Net banking, Credit/Debit cards, Payments bank etc.

AJEE Entrance Test Cut-off Marks
A minimum cut-off mark is necessary for the candidate to get into the AJEE for his/her desired course. The cut-off mark is decided by the AJEE examination organizer and is different for different courses.
AJEE Counselling
Counseling is organized by AJEE to invite candidates who have scored minimum cut-off marks in the entrance test. This is an offline meetup where you have to visit to block your seat for the course that you want to choose. At the venue, you have to present all the documents that are necessary for admission. After blocking the seat, you will be allotted a time frame to submit your fee which will confirm your seat.
Document required at counseling
The following are the document that you have to carry when visiting the counseling session-
- Class 10 /high school or its equivalent examination certificate
- Class 12 marks sheet/ grade sheet or equivalent qualifying
- 10 recent color photographs
- Migration/ transfer/ character certificate from the last attended institution
- SC/ST/OBC Category certificates (if any)
- AJEE Admit card
