AIMA UGAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria of AIMA UGAT-
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- The candidate should have passed Class 12th/Higher Secondary School from a recognized board
- Candidate appearing for the qualification examination will also be eligible for participating in the examination
AIMA UGAT 2024 Application Form
Registration is mandatory for each candidate to participate in the AIMA UGAT Entrance Test. To register for the AIMA UGAT Entrance application form, follow these steps-
- For participating in the AIMA UGAT Entrance exam, the candidate must register themselves online using the official AIMA UGAT’s website-www.aima.in
- Click on the registration button and follow the on-screen instruction to create a profile on the website
- Now log in to the website and click on the apply button
- An application form will open, you have to fill your form with your contact details, academic, and other details asked
- The candidate must scan the necessary documents and upload them. You can find the documents required for the entrance in the document required section
- When the above steps are completed, you need to pay for the entrance test. You can pay online using a Debit/Credit card, UPI, Net banking, etc.
- After payment, the candidate must download, and print the receipt and application form for future use

- Mark sheet of (10+2) or equivalent Examination
- School Leaving Certificate
- SC/ST/PH/OBC Certificate in case of SC/ST/PH candidates. BPL Card in case of BPL candidates/EWS Certificate in case of EWS candidate (If any).
- Occupation & Income certificate of father / mother /guardian (in original)
- Permanent Resident Certificate [from D.C./S.D.O. (Civil) of concerned District/ Sub-division]

- Character Certificate from the institutions where he/she has passed his/her qualifying examination
AIMA UGAT Application Fee
The application fee of the AIMA UGAT is Rs.650/- which you can pay online and offline. If you are using the online method, then you can use a credit/debit card, UPI, Net Banking, etc. For an offline fee, Challan can be generated and the payment of challan can be done in the selected bank premises.

AIMA UGAT Admit Card
The admit card is an important document that is necessary for you to enter the examination hall without this. The release date of the admit card is revealed 2-3 weeks before the date of examination. The candidates must follow all the rules mentioned on the admit card to be eligible for the exam, failing this could result in cancellation of the exam.

AIMA Counselling
Counseling is organized by AIMA to invite candidates who have scored minimum cut-off marks in the entrance test. This is an offline meetup where you have to visit to block your seat for the course that you want to choose. At the venue, you have to present all the documents that are necessary for admission.
