AGMC 2024 Application Form
Registration is mandatory for each candidate to participate in the AGMC Entrance Test. To register for the AGMC Entrance application form, follow these steps-
- For participating in the AGMC Entrance exam, the candidate must register themselves online using the official AGMC’s website- www.agmc.nic.in
- Click on the registration button and follow the on screen instruction to create a profile on the website
- Now log in to the website and click on apply button
- An application form will open, you have to fill your form with your contact details, academic, and other details asked
- The candidate must scan the necessary documents and upload them. You can find the documents required for the entrance in the document required section
- When the above steps are completed, you need to pay for the entrance test. You can pay online using Debit/Credit card, UPI, Net banking, etc.
- After payment, the candidate must download, and print the receipt and application form for future use

- Nomination letter of Director of Medical Education, Govt. of Tripura / AllIndia Selection Letter
- Mark sheet of (10+2) or equivalent Examination
- School Leaving Certificate
- SC/ST/PH/OBC Certificate in case of SC/ST/PH candidates. BPL Card in case of BPL candidates/EWS Certificate in case of EWS candidate (If any).
- Occupation & Income certificate of father / mother /guardian (in original)
- Permanent Resident Certificate [from D.C./S.D.O. (Civil) of concerned District/ Sub-division]
- Rank Letter (Overall and State)
- NEET Score Sheet
- NEET Admit Card
- Migration Certificate has to be produced by those students who will beadmitted in AGMC from the Board and University other than Tripura Board ofSecondary Education.
- Disability certificate where applicable
- Passport size photographs (Coloured) – four numbers
- Character Certificate from the institutions where from he/she has passed his/her qualifying examination
AGMC Application Fee
The application fee of the AGMC is Rs.350/- which you can pay online and offline. IF you are suing online method, then you can use credit/debit card, UPI, Net Banking etc. For offline fee, Challan can be generated and the payment of challan can be done in the selected bank premises.

- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- Candidate must possess a High School Pass Certificate with subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and must secure a minimum 50% (SC/ST or OBC-40%) and pass in English, Physics, chemistry, and Biology individually as well
- Candidate should also possess a graduation degree-MBBS from a government recognized University for PG courses
- There is no age criteria for AGMC
