• Candidates can attain admission at the Doctorate level in 22 different specializations across the streams such as Engineering, Science, Management and Humanities. • A list of the shortlisted candidates will be prepared and applicants will find their names in it. This list will be prepared on the basis of the university’s entrance test and performance in the Personal Interview commenced by the respective department.
• However, those who have attained qualifying score in UGC (NET/ JRF)/ UGC-CSIR (NET/JRF)/ DBT-JRF/ ICMR-JRF/ ICAR-NET/ GATE/ SLET/ MPhil will get direct admission on the basis of performance in Personal Interview round. They need not to appear in the University-conducted written exam.
• Candidates attaining admission to full-time PhD will be given preference.
• To apply for Ph. D, applicant must have completed Post Graduation in the relevant stream with at least 55% marks and 5% relaxation will be given to the SC/ST/ OBC/differently-abled category applicants.

• Note: Interested applicants can apply for several programmes through single application form. However, PhD candidates may apply for maximum two PhD programmes across several departments.
